1. General Conditions
- NittenVideos (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") provides access to files.
- Every customer must register to acquire full access to the Site's services.
- By creating a free account on this Site, the Customer automatically accepts this Agreement, ignorance of which doesn't exempt the Customer from the amenability.
2. Registration on the Site
- Registration is voluntary and free of charge.
- The Customer is responsible for providing authentic and accurate personal information.
- The Site administrators will not disclose any personal information to any third parties, but reserve the right to use it for contacting the Customer when necessary.
3. Payment Conditions
- Services are granted to the Customer on a prepaid basis through the purchase of tokens.
- The Customer can add tokens to his account at any time by using the Buy Tokens link.
- The Site administrators reserve the right to modify the existing rates of tokens.
- By paying for the services, the Customer fully accepts their cost and terms of their use.
4. Downloads
- Download links for purchases are valid for 30 days. The Customer has a maximum of 3 attempts to download each purchased file.
- The Customer is responsible for making backups of downloaded files.
5. Refunds
- Payments are not refundable except for the following condition:
- The Customer can request a refund if he has added tokens to his account by mistake, and he hasn't made any purchases on the Site. Refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of the purchase of tokens.
- No refunds will be issued if the downloaded files are not compatible with the Customer's multimedia device and/or software.
6. Copyrights
- All materials presented on this Site are copyrighted by NittenVideos.com and 19nitten.com. Further distribution, resale or broadcasting of said materials is strictly prohibited. They are intended for private use only.
7. Responsibilities
- The Customer is responsible for keeping his username and password safe.
- The Customer is solely responsible for any and all use of the account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
- The Customer is responsible for compliance with all local and applicable laws.
8. Other Conditions
- The Site administrators reserve the right to change, amend, and supplement this Agreement at any time. The Customer is responsible for revisiting this page to review our Terms and Conditions updates.
- To protect your privacy, charges to your credit card will appear as CCBILL EU LLC on your credit card statement.
